With a degree from the University of Utah in Exercise and Sports Science, Amy has worked in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility implementing health plans and physical activity programs for elderly patients. She also worked as a therapeutic equestrian instructor and has implemented wellness programs in different facilities serving individuals with disabilities. With this background and training as an Orriant Health Coach, Amy understands how to help motivate people to change. Amy’s role as the Clinical Training Manager is to ensure that all Orriant Health Coaches are prepared to give all participants an engaging experience, to educate on the tools necessary to help individuals make changes, and to provide excellent customer service. Amy also recruits, trains, and individually works with interns to improve coaching and facilitate a culture of health. With diverse leadership experience and behavioral ‘changist’ knowledge, Amy strives to help others get the most out of life.
